Photinia fraseri \'Red Robin\' standard

Photinia fraseri 'Red Robin' is a large, dense, evergreen shrub with glossy green and purple-red foliage. Makes an excellent specimen on its own but is most often planted as a hedge. The fresh growth each year is often bright red, and can add some colour in winter and early spring. It can be clipped into a neat hedge as low as 4 ft or left to grow tall. It is fast growing but for best results, it should be clipped back every year to produce a nice bushy habit.
