It is very important to make sure your tree is staked. The reason for staking your tree is stop the roots from rocking. The head of the tree does not need strapping. It can move in the wind.
In order to do this you will need a stake and a strap. The strap needs to be check periodically to ensure its not cutting into the trunk of the tree.

A member of the pea family, the 'Sunburst' or 'Honey Locust' is a tree which has delicate fern like leaves subdivided into leaflets. It has vibrant golden foliage with is a lovely contrast in the garden.
