Skimmia 'Pabella'

Skimmia japonica Pabella is an oustanding evergreen shrub that is ideal for planting in a border or woodland garden. It carries clusters of fragranced star-shaped flowers in spring,  that are followed by masses of round red fleshy berries. It will reach a height and spread of around a metre and is very easy to grow and care for, just keep well fed and watered in dry weather when container gardening. It is absolutely superb for winter interest in the garden when little else is looking good.
